team�of�seasoned�VC�and�corporate�
finance�professionals�acting�as�
General�partners.�The�team�will�be�
responsible�for�building�a�
competitive�pipeline,�executing�the�
investment�process,�managing�the�
portfolio�and��for�executing�exits.
MANAGEMENT
The�presence�of�venture�capital�funds�and�business�
incubators�has�heavily�triggered�the�start-up�market:�since�
2010�roughly�1,000�early�stage�companies�have�received�
funding.�The�number�of�new�investments�is�the�highest�in�
CEE�region.

Most�VC�-financed�companies�are�pushed�to�grow�
dynamically,�and�provide�an�exit�opportunity�within�five�
years�of�the�first�investment.�To�execute�this�VC�financed�
